Thermoforming Solid Surface
With the Multithurm we can now offer to the market the capabuility of thermoforming full sheets 3660mm x 760mm of solid surface .The silicone membrain which allows us to form to 600mm high has replaced the traditional two part jig and has cut down on labour time.
The press also allows the forming or solid surface into 2 dimentional forms,whether a simple bowl shape or a more complex shape like seating.
Combined with the latest CNC tecnology we can offer an unrivalled package.
